Mr. Hernandez has been in the real estate business for 18 years, though his actual experience began since he was 16 years old assisting his father acquire lots for corn fields and bull-raising farms.  He is an Affiliate Broker with Bluegrass Realty & Property Management, Inc., where he helps families buy and sell homes in teh most successful and expeditious way possible.

Mr. Hernandez is very detailed oriented and one of the skills his clients have noted is that he anticipates problems before they occur, thus acting proactively and taking action to prevent heartburn for his clients.  Not only can he do this in English, he has been able to successfully close transactions in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

In addition to his residential real estate experience, Mr. Hernandez has extensive experience in the commerical industry, more specifically retail real estate.  Therefore, if you have needs to buy, lease, or sell shopping centers, retail buildings, office spaces, or lots of potential development, he is your go-to man!

Mr. Hernandez also loves to help outside of his real estate career.  He is a member of the Board of Directors at The Branch of Nashville, Inc., an awesome non-profit that helps thousands of families every year.  He graduated with honors from Harding University.  He is a nature lover and avid kayaker.  His favorite sport is soccer, but is willing to go to the batting cage for you as soon as you call him!
